Tender For Certain Maintenance Works In Regt Bldgs Under Age B/R-Ii Of Ge Chandimandir At Chandimandir Mil Stn.; 1 Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including dismantling all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) as in plinth protection/ path/ Hard standing/ floor etc. including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Demolition of mud phuska, any thickness from roof including plastering and leeping etc. (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof, grouted in cement mortar including removal of any type of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Dismantling Asbestos Cement Corrugated or Semi corrugated sheet in Roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs, blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 Taking down chowkhats or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 Taking down shutters of any strike plate, etc. including filling of PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill of pressed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 S&F 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, 35 mm thick, open rebated & prepared to receive wire gauge (with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Pt-I, section 8, clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 S&F 35 mm flush door shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 19 S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). 20 S&F Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) 21 Supply and fixing factory made steel windows (Box type), primer coated with glazing bar and openable shutter prepared to receive sheet glass complete including cutting holes (four Nos for each window) and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 including following fittings welded to frame/ shutter complete all as specified.(a) Hold fast 150 mm made out of 25 x 6 mm flat iron, bent to shape, 04 Nos each window (02 Nos on each side).(b) Handle of Z section 20 mm x 25 mm, 100 mm long- 01 No each leaf.(c) MS tower bolt 150 mm long, 02 Nos each leaf.(d) Z section of 20 mm x 25 mm, 100 mm long stopper 01 No each leaf.(e) Cleat 55 mm long of hollow square section of 15 mm x 15 mm of 24 guage thickness, welded to hinge - 01 No each leaf.(f) MS box type hinges of 75 mm size, 02 Nos per leaf.(g) Fabrication and fixing complete. 22 Note : (i) Glass panes, MS wire cloth & painting shall be measured and paid for saparately.(ii) MS flat iron for fixing of wire cloth and window shutters shall be included in item rate. 23 All as per Serial item No 21.00 here-in-before but without glazing bar. 24 Supply and fixing in repair Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubularections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom andsideswithrequired EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Quoted Rate against the item include to carry ot work up to seven storey building including necessary arrangements. 25 Supply and fixing in repair Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDMrubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of pin head type, ordinary quality, size in square/ rectangle not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each panes and fixed in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty (or beading) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 61 Providing edge moulding to 16-18 mm thick stone (any description) of counters vanities etc, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.
