Tender For Periodical Services To Certain Smq Accn At Af Station Kumbhirgram; 1 Material and labour for preparation ofold decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 2 All as per serial item No. 1 above but in ceiling. 3 Material and labour for complete Removal of existing treatment on walls including brooming down, applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including one coat of primer and 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for preparation ofold decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed. 5 Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of weather coat over primer on wall surface all as specified and directed. (Note :- Weather coat shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge) 6 Material and labour for preparation of old woodensurfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and directed. 7 All as per item No.6.00 here-in-before, but on steel surfaces. 8 Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone walls surfaces including. racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m, complete all as specified anddirected. 9 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with WPC @2% wt of cement on fair faces of brick work completeallas specified and directed.(Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.) 10 Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 2003. MAKE : SIKA/ ACCOPROOF/ CICCO NO-1 11 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather coat paint(Cement based) including primer, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed 13 Material and labours for two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl. necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed 15 Material and labour for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including necessary surface preparation, complete all as specified and directed 16 Writing letters of figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high, complete as specified and directed.
