Tender For Improvement Work Of Thanakhas Shiva Temple Complex. - Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (Ioam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead up to 30meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. As per S.I. No. 251 2 Concrete with 4cm. Gauge approved brick ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work.SOR 274 3 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC raft foundation and footing with 4 cm. (1½) gauge approved stone ballast, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SOR 287A 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T-beam and slab roofs and RCC columns, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. T-Beam, Slab & column SOR-288A 5 Class 150 Sub class A brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials labour and T & P etc. required for the proper completion of the work.SOR 303 6 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-283) 7 Class 150 Sub class A brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in S/Structure, including supply of all materials labour and T & P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. SOR 305 8 Mild steel or reinfored for RCC work for proper completion of the work andincluding supply of steel its wastage. SOR-504 9 12 mm.thick plaster with cement mortar consissing of 1 part cement and 4 part of fine sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm. Including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.SOR 584 10 P/A of white cement base putty avg. thickness 1 mm as per DSR 13.80 11 Finishing of wall with primium acrylic smooth exterior paint on new work inlcuding base coat of water proof cement paint. (SOR-CPWD-13.47.1) 12 Finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously treated surface including T&P as per EI SOR 662+661 13 P/L of vitrified floor tile of super quality with cement mortar 1:4 including grouting (600x600mm) 14 Letter Writing on Display wall (3.0mtr x3.0mtr) 15 Paintingiron or wood work on previously painted including rubbing and cleaning two coatSOR-643 16 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels 17 S/F of signboard
