Bids Are Invited For Facility Management Service- Manpower Based (Version 2) - Industrial; Housekeeping; Unskilled 1 Sweeping in covered area Once in a day & as and when required 2 Scrubbing, wet cleaning floor, passages and different types of floor area provided in different rooms, interconnecting corridors, reception areas, Atrium and stair cases of the building etc. Once in a day & as and when required 3 Sweeping open space like roads, courtyards, garage, apron drains, pathways, driveway, parking lots etc. Once in a day & as and when required 4 Cleaning & maintenance of open space like lawns, garden as well as outside the complex etc., where necessary Once in a day & as and when required 5 Cleaning and sanitation of Toilets and Bath Rooms and passages etc. attached thereto Twice a day & as and when required 6 Sweeping/ cleaning wet mopping of all the rooms including toilet blocks etc. Twice a day & as and when required 7 Sweeping and cleaning of all the Sections/ Branches of Assam Govt. Press Building, Jorhat Branch Press Building along with Administrative Building Twice a day & as and when required 8 Cleaning of different types of doors/ windows and fixtures Daily & as and when required 9 Cleaning of portable fire extinguishers/ Smoke detectors/ Fire detectors/ Fire detection panel etc. Once in a fortnight 10 Cleaning of telephone sets and accessories Daily & as and when required 11 Cleaning of computers/ photocopier machines/ printing machines/ other office equipment etc. Daily & as and when required 12 Cleaning of switch boards/ panels/ distribution boards/ fans/ exhaust fans and accessories Once a week and as and when required 13 Pest control/ Rodent control/ Mosquito control Once in fortnight and as and when required 14 Collection, Segregation and disposal garbage in proper way by following all rules of GMC As and when required 15 Sanitization of office chambers/ work places As and when required Total Quantity :
