Tender For Special Repair Of Replacement Of Berx04 Transformers At Dappar Under Age(I) Dappar; 1 Disconnecting and dismantaling safely Old existing Transformer of any capacity from its location and depositing to MES Store yard or location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.and Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of oil cooled, copper wound step down transformer of capacity 100 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest featurecomplete with standardfittingsHT 11 KV 3 Phase 4 wire ,50 C/S oil immersed naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary side HT 11 KV and star connection on secondary LT 433 V with tappings at + 2.5 % to + 7.5 % on HV side and to be changed by hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of transformer oil of dielctric strength not less than 60 KV with all fittings and accessories such as LT box with gland, HT box with gland , silica gel breather ,oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent ,air release valve,temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL3 (Level-3) IS 1180 2014 with amendment 1,2,3&4..inclusive of following items/accessories :-. 2 (a) Name,Rating and diagram plate(b) Off circuit tap changing switch (c) Earthing terminals (d) Lifting lugs(e) oil level indicator(f) Oil drain valve with plug (g)Oil filter valve with plug (h)Conservator with oil filling hole with cap (i) Thermometer pocket (j) 4 dial type thermometer stem type & with MRP(k)Air release plug(l) Silia gel breather(m)Explosion vent ( if PRV not opted) (n) Transformer shall be Inslalled on Transformer plinth.The transformer plinth of size 2.00X2.00m including steps alround and fencing etc shall be constructed as per TD 251 sh1/1. as directed dy Engineer-in-charge.The cost of transformer plinth shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) Transformer shall be precommisioned by SEI after installation before issue of completion. (ii) Cost of all necessary T&P and measuring device shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 3 (iii) Testing and certification of transformer must be carried out at an NABL ( National Accreditation Board for testing and calibration Laboratories) acceredited laboratory.All test reports such as dielectric strength, insulation resistance and other critical parameters should be issued by lab certified by NABL for ensuring quailty and compliance with industary standards. (iv) Predispatch inspection from factory shall done by rep of accepting officer deemed to be included. (v) Any other item which is required for efficient functioning of transformer deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) During currency of dismantling of existing transformer and commissioning of new transformer load will be shifted to trolley mounted transformer held with establishment. shifting of trolley mounted transformer with HT/Lt cable and accessories etc safely from MRS/existing location to required location will be carried out by the contractor at his own cost. 4 Material and labour for danger notice plate for HT 11 kV of size 25 x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 50x3mm flat withbolts and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for galvanized steel tubing light garde (ISI marked)100mm borefor protection of earthing strip fixed along/on poles with all necessary fittings and fixed with clamps made out of 50x 3 mm flat, with suitable bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material and labour for earthing complete with 600x600x6 mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickburried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level,surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layersconnected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised iron 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pit and CI cover 10 mm thick pit cover hinged to CI frame complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part 1-2009 complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply and fixing on / along poles through GI pipeXLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmmtesting and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- GI pipes and clamps shall be masured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule 8 Material and labour for cable jointing kit 11 KV Earthed grade cableforoutdoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories for 3 core 95 sqmm HT 11KV XLPEarmoured aluminium conductor cable including testing and commissioning after making necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of saddling or clamping of cable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
