Periodical Maintenance / Annual Overhauling /Major Overhauling Works Of Unit-1 To 4 Ic Systems And Equipments For A Period Of One Year- 1 Supervision of I&C maintenance works , 3 DIPLOPMA ENGINEERS per division 2 One Flame Scanner System consisting of 20 nos flame scanners installed in 5 different elevations and its control system pertaining to 210MW Unit. 3 One SADC System consisting of 52 nos SADC actuators installed in 13 different elevations and its control system pertaining to 210MW Unit. 4 One HEA Ignition system consisting of 12 Sets of HEA Ignitor assemblies along with spark rods, spark tips, excitor box and nozzle valves installed in 3 different elevations pertaining to 210MW Unit. 5 One set of Gravimetric/RC feeders system consists of A to F Gravimetric feeders, field instruments and its control panels. 6 One ASTLD system consists of 18 Nos Sonic sensors, signal conditioning units installed in various boiler elevations and its control panel pertaining to 210MW Unit. 7 One set of FOPH, CWPH systems consists of drives, field instruments and its control system pertaining to 210 MW Unit. 8 One set of OLCS I&C equipments consisting of HT/LT Pumps, Fans, Blowers, field instruments and its control system 9 One SWAS system consists of primary rack, secondary rack and field instruments for 210MW Unit 10 One UPS 2X110VA system consisting of Main UPS, Redundant UPS & SCVS along with ACDB feeders. 11 One Compressed Air System consists of IAC-6Nos, SAC-3Nos, Air dryers, drives, field instruments and its control system pertaining to 210Mw plant 12 One set of Main Turbine governing system, HP & LP Bypass system consisting of drives, field instruments and its control system pertaining to 210MW Unit. 13 One set of ID/FD/PA Fans Lube oil systems consisting of Lube oil pumps, field instruments and its control system 14 One Master Clock System consists of GPS Master clock module, signal conditioning modules, slave clocks installed at various locations and its control cables. 15 One set of DCS control system consisting of MAX DNA DCS / YIL DCS and connected Network panels, HMI System, LVS system and its control cables pertaining to 210 MW. 16 One OLCS I&C equipments consisting of Electrical actuators / Motor operated valves, field instruments and its control system of 210MW. 17 One CLCS I&C equipments consisting of Dampers, Control valves, ON-OFF Pneumatic Actuators, field instruments and its control system of 210 MW. 18 One set of anaysers consisting of Oxygen analysers, drives, field instruments, local control panels and its control cables. 19 One set of BFP systems consisting of drives, field instruments, control system and its local control panels of 210 MW. 20 One Generator instrumentation system consisting of PW system, Seal oil system, H2 gas system, drives, field instruments, control system and its local control panels of 210 MW. 21 One visit of Boiler Lightup, Unforeseen unit Emergency works or any other assistance works as and when required for carrying out the work. 22 Cable termination & Wiring (Inspection of wiring, Ferruling, Crimping of lugs, Connections up to marshalling box & Control panel) -10Nos 23 Laying of Instrumentation/control cables from equipments to control panel.
