    Tender For For The Works Of Maintenance Of 33 Kv Tpmo And 11 Kv Vcb, Replacement Of Damaged Packing Of Power Transformer At Partapur, Aman Vihar, Udyogpuram Under Eudd-33 Kv Line, Meerut. - Repairing and Maintenance of 33 KV TPMO. 2 Maintenance/Overloading of 11 KV VCB and Providing and Replacement of Damaged vaccume interrupter, Chamber suitable for existing VCB. 3 Providing of rubberised corck sheet gasket set of good make/kotika of size 10 mm thickness/neoprine oil seal, top cover rubberized gasket packing, radiator gasket packing etc. 4 Replacement of Damaged packings of gasket set, oil seal involving the following works along with help of crane services for lifting and fixing of radiator etc.I. Draining out the Transformer oil upto the proper level into empty and dry oil drums safely.II. Replacement of Packing of conservator tanks after opening the same safely and re-fitting after the works.III. Replacement of packing of bucchols relay and other associates parts after the opening the same and refitting etc.IV. Opening the packing/gaskits of the vent pipe and others along with opening and fitting etc.V. Replacement of packing and the gaskits of other side of transformer including inspection of the window etc. complete.VI. Opening the 33 KV side bushing and replacement of the damaged gaskit and oil seals of all terminal bushings.VII. Opening the 11 KV side bushings and replacement of the damaged saket and oil seals of all terminal bushing.VIII. Cleaning of the oily and dusty surface of the transformer body, radiator, conservator tank and part etc.IX. Filling of Transformer oil into the transformer tank including the extra oil for top up the transformer.
