Tender For Periodical Services To Building No P/Arbn/2016/27 Jco Club For Srikona Garrison Of Assam Rifles - Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 2 Material and labour 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) on external wall and hard standing. 3 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, One coat or more coats on old wall 4 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 5 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) 6 French spirit polishing : 13.103.1 One or more coats on old work.
