Tender For Electrical Repairing Of Existing 250 Kva Dtr At Kendriya Vidyalaya, At Assam University Silchar. - Supplying fitting and fixing of transformer bushing for 250 KVA DTR for high tension and low tension sides complete 2 Heat curing and tanking of transformer 3 Oil filter and filling after dehydration of transformer 4 Supplying fitting and fixing of transformer new gasket set complete. 5 Cleaning, painting, varnishing oftransformer tank both inside and outside. 6 Transformer oil refilling. 7 Supplying and erection of 11 KV Pin insulator (Poly)with G.I.pin, blots and nuts coach screw etc. as required and as directed by the department. 8 Supplying and erection of 11 KV Disc insulator (Poly)45 KN with hard ware fittings etc. as required and as directed by the department. 9 Supplying and fixing of 50 mm x 5.6 metre. hot dip galvanised pipe (AKG or equivalent as approved by the Deptt.)(includingaccessories 50mm x 50mm x6mm angle iron bracket on the wall and 75 mmx 90mm shackle insulator with straps and 7/3.15 sq mm G.I.stay for house service connection as approved by the Depts. required and as directed by the department. 10 Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 400 A Gang operated switch with all accessories complete as required and as directed by the department. 11 Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 150 A D.O. fuse set complete as required and as directed by the department. 12 Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 5 KA Lighting arrestor (Poly)complete as required and as directed by the department. 13 Supplying and fitting fixing pole clamp complete as required and as directed by the department. 14 Supplying and fitting fixing of H.T. danger plate complete as required and as directed by the department. 15 Transformer coil rewinding (winding material-Copper)and replacing burnt insulation tapes and varnishing complete as directed by department.250 KVA 16 Testing of transformer performing following test in presence of department representative.(i)Open circuit & short circuit testing to determine transformer losses (ii)Oil die-electric strength test(iii)Winding resistance test complete and as directed by department. 17 To and fro transportation charges of transformer from Assam University to workshop. 18 Supplying with fitting and fixing TPN 415V 50Hz AC23A duty double break open execution panel mounting cubical type Switch Disconnection as approved by the Deptt.tor Fuse Unit(IP-20 protection) with HBC fuse of the following capacity complete with making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt. 19 160A 20 63A 21 40A 22 Supply and laying of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV GSolid Aluminium conductor up to 10 sq mm balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour (Aluminium for single core up to 70 sq mm balance Aluminium strip, Galvanised for cables up to 2x10 sq mm.3x10 sq mm,4x6 sq mm balance all galvanised steel strip) , complete handling of surplus spoil, debris etto proper place as specified and directed by the deptt.
