The rates including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete and as directed by the site Engineer incharge of the work. 3 Replacing of damaged False Ceiling with 8mm thick Calcium Silicate perforated Board Designed and size 600mm x 600mm including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. 4 Providing and fixing of Western water closet for toilet with all accessories including cost of all materials, labour,l ead ,lift etc., complete for toilet 5 Providing and fixing of angle box type 4 18W Crystal Glass LED Light fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed leads from terminals to the fitting. 6 Providing and fixing of wall mount fan Leaf size 400mm including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by the engineer at site. 7 Providing single Phase, 230Vsupply sources including wiring, cable layingfixing of box8 X 4 module with switches and socketsand extension of supply with suitablefor Fan and light point as directed by the engineer at site. 8 Providing, fabricating and fixing in position powder coated anodized aluminium partly glazed single leaf door using aluminium box section of size 45 x 45 x 2 mm for top, middle and sides, 100 x 45 x 2mm for bottom, partly panelled with 9mm prelaminated board (Novapan or equivalent) and partly glazed with 5mm thick plain glass (saint gobain or equivalent) lock, D type handles on both sides, hinges at top and bottom, door stopper, door closure etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. 9 Providing and fixing powder coated anodized aluminum partition works using 100 x 45 x 2mm aluminium sections as frame and top and bottom panels with 9mm thk prelaminated particle board (Novapan sheet) panel fixed by using aluminum beadings and rubber lining with standard hardwares including cost of all materials, labour charges, all leads, lifts etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. 10 Providing and fixing of Hydraulic Door closer including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. 11 Removing and refixing the existing powder coated anodized aluminium partly Plain glazed partition works using the same materials and new materials such as rubber beedings, screws, aluminium angles etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges, all leads, lifts, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
