Tender For special Repair To Bldg No 2/25 To 2/32 And Bldg No 3/33 To 3/48 (24 Nos Qtrs) Govt Md Accn At Old Victoria Line Under Ge (West) Lucknow. 1 Dismentling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, any layers on roof including cement mortar beding , joints etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition and removing of Mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) all as specified and directed demolition materials disposed out from MoD land. 3 Preparing and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubing etc and removing the material retrieved to a dusting materials disposed out from MoD land. 4 M&L PCC 1:2:4,type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coving and roof padding over roof surfacesetc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete, all as directed. 5 M & L of crack treatment and coving: Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 15 mm x20 mm in U shapeby mechanical means. Cleaning all the dirt and loose particles by airpressure and wetting crack to attain SSD condition and filling the crack using super fluid micro-concretemixed in the ratio of 4 Litres(water):1 (25 kg bag recrete ) maintaining to achieve thixotropic consistency. 6 M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust fromroof surfaces and applyingroof treatment as under :- (b) Applying a coat of fibre reinforced PU primer confirming to ASTMD 412 @ 30% water dilution on prepared surfaces and laying of glass fibremesh 45 GSM over tacky surface and allow to dry.(c) Supply and applying 2 coats of Hybrid PU based elastomeric single component coating over primer surface @ 10kg /10.76 Sqm total comsumption having below properties:-1.
