    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - 0; HVAC, L-01 The black water pump motor of the EVAC system is non operational E- 07 Water Droplets observed on AC plant no 1 while running conditions E-08 During operati.. ‘Ship Repairers and Suppliers’ as per the work pertain Provision of defect seria Water droplets observed on AC Plant No. 1 while in running condition. Suspect defective expansion valve alongwith associated valve assemblies of AC Compressor. Damaged/ deteriorated parts need to be replaced and defect is to be rectified. System is to be proved for satisfactory performance. 08 During operation of AC plant No.2, humming noise observed from AC Compressor. Suspect weathering of valve plate assemblies, gasket and O-ring of AC compressor. Defect is to be rectified. In way jobs include vacuum test, gas charging, oil chemical cleaning, removal and refitment of AC compressor No. 2. AC plant No-2 is to be proved for satisfactory performance The black water pump motor of the EVAC system is non-operational, showing zero insulation. It is suspected that the black water pump motor windings are worn out and requires rewinding. Assoclated tasks Include removal, checking, cleaning and reinstallation of the black water pump motor and linked pipelines. The defect must be rectified, and the black water pump motor should be proved for optimal performance Total Quantity :
