Tender For Construction Of Rest Room For Drivers At Ajnifm; (i)Provoding and fixing 50 mm thick wall with PUFF Sheet insulated sandwitch pannel with 0.5 mm thick with both side PPGI sheet with {UFF density of 42 KG / Cubic metre in fall metallic tongue and groove joint system with 90 degree bends for proper ceiling with roof including cost of dismentling the existing strucure.(Measurement will be taken for roof inner covered area only) size (212X146) (12X118); (ii) Roof Ceiling with two side slope with providing and fixing of 0.5 mm tide PPGI corrugated metro sheet in full tongue and overlap joint system and proper fall ceiling grid 600x600 mm.In whole roofing area with branded make.; (iii) Door & Vents:- Door with canopy & handle 7x3 will be 4 nos. with 50 mmPUFF & door with canopy & handle. Doorsize 7-0x2-63 nos. will be provided in washroom. With complete fittings.; (iv) Window:- Aluminium Powder coated sliding window 4 nos. will be provided as per plan enclosed.MS Structure :- 75x75 mm square pipe for vertical & 50x50 mm and 37x37 mm square pipe for trusses and purlins will be provided.Ms pipes for vertical post shall be embaded in ground with 50cmX50cm X50cm concrete foundation in 1:3:6 concrete ratio. all structure shall be painted with primer coat etc completed. 2 Wiring & SwitchesProviding and fixing LED Lights - 9Cabin Fan - 3Exhaust Fan - 4External door light fitting - 315 Amp. Point Modular Switch Socket - 86 Amp. Double Point Modular Switch Socket - 12 Modular Switch Board as per drawing 3 Plumbing and SanitaryProviding and fixing W.C. Sheet - 3Wash Basin - 1Urinal - 3including cost of fitting etc. complete 4 Providing and installation structure for placing 500 litre capacity overhead water tank including cost of 500 litre capacity PVC water tank &making all water supply connectction etc complete. The Ms structure shall be painting properly. The structure post shall be embanded in cement concrete with 50cmX50cmX50cm. block properly. 5 Providing & fixing vetrified tiles flooring of size and colour as decided by Engineer-in-charge. The tiles should be branded i.e Nitco, Somani, Kajaria only.
