Tender For Providing House Keeping For Alhw Guest House At Anarkali Basthi In Sri Vijaya Puram For A Period Of One Year.; 1 Facilitation to manage and execute work for preparation of meals in two (02) shiftsfor guests and staff, ensuring hygiene, taste, and timely service in ALHW Guest House Anarkali Basti in Sri Vijaya Puram. The work involves preparing and cooking meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) as per the guest house schedule and guests requirements including planning daily and weekly menus in consultation with the the supervisor or as per the guidelines and Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, utensils, and cooking equipment, Serving meals in coordination withserving staff, Assisting in catering arrangements for meetings & VIP visits as and when required, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC etc., complete. 2 Facilitation of house keeping services for ALHW Guest House at Sri Vijaya Puram, to have a healthy and hygenic atmosphere in two (02) shifts. The work involves ensuring of cleanliness, hygienic and up keeping of premises daily basis by cleaning entire floor area of the Guest House, cleaning of lavatory, commodes and wash basin, excluding cost of sanitizer/ disinfectant, but includingcollection and removal of garbage/ waste, cleaning of furniture, Up keeping of bedding arrangement in all rooms, receiving guests and carrying their belonging to allotted rooms and serving of foods, assisting to cook in dinning hall/ roomand attending hospitality doings for guests as directed by the EIC,including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC etc., complete. 3 Facilitation for round the clock watchkeeping dutyat ALHW Guest House, Anarkali Basti and ALHW Multipurpose Hall Complex in Sri Vijaya Puram, so as to safeguard departmental assets and to prevent pilterage at two (02) locations in 03 shifts in implicationincluding necessary T&P like torch, lathi etc, as and when required as directed by the EIC, including cost of labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete. 4 Providing andsanitizing with disinfectant solution at entire area (internal & external) of ALHW Guest Houseat Anarkali in Sri Vijaya Puram including cost ofdisinfectant solution, spray gallon/ unit, minor tools, transportation charges, labour charges, GST,LWC, etc, complete.
