Bids Are invited for TITLE 1 Providing OFFICE modular workstation, with partition thickness as 52.4 mm thk and Ht-1200 mm including powder coated aluminium trims. FINE: Out of 22.5 mm thick panel formed out of blocks which are 18 mm thick PLB boards wrapped with fabric at intermediate level. Top block finished in fabric magnetic finish. Bottom Tile is finished in metal finish. Split Tiles on main spine: Combination of two finishes for the Top tiles on the user side shall be split fabric tackable along with split Clear Glass Tile. Intermediate Blocks on main spine Intermediate blocks are given in fabric + Fabric finsh. WIRE Management provision through main spine- Wires shall be taken into the system through cable ducts from the junction boxes and it is carried upto the panels through concealed conduits inside the blocks. Workstation LEGS - metal powder coated legs at the end and shared condition. System shall also have 120 mm high powder coated standalone panel legs to give the system an elevated look. ARMRESTS (ADJUSTABLE):The height adjustable armrest is made of Polypropylene and can be adjusted to 6.010.1cm height it also has swivel and To and Fro adjustment with moulded PU armtop. It should have the shelf thickness of 0.7 mm, Back thickness of 0.8mm, Door thickness of 0.8mm (high yield strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA ‘D’ grade high yield strength as per IS:513. It should have a Mazak handle and Three way locking mechanism with Shooting Bolts. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting which shall have a Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity of max 40 Kg. It should also have a M10 Screw type Leveller with Hex plastic base.
