Tender For Renovation Of Library Building At Veluvoor Village In Arcot Veluvoor Panchayat.; 1 Renovation of Library building at Veluvoor Village in Arcot Veluvoor Panchayat 2 Chipping of concrete and Roughening the surface. 3 Dismantling One Course of Pressed Tile Roof finish in cement mortar 4 Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three M.Sand), 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 5 Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyanceof all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc 6 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stoneM.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 7 White washing two coats with approved shell lime including cost and covneyance etc,. Complete. 8 Painting Two coats with approved Oil bound distemberincluding cost and conveyance etc,. Complete. 9 Painting two coats with approved emulsion paint including cost and conveyance etc,. Complete. 10 Painting Old iron works for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with Two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors.The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. 11 Construction of Ramp 12 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil, stiff black cotton soil, hard redearth,shales, murrams, gravel,hard rock not, requiring blasting ete complete., 13 Filling with collected gravelas per standard specification including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete. 14 Filling with good river sandincluding all cost & conveyance of all materials to site & all labour charges etc complete 15 Cement concrete 1:4:8mix usin 40 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete., 16 Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country brick including cost and conveyance of all materials charges etc completed 17 Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum 18 Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 19 Painting two coats with ready mixedPlastic emulsionpaint of first class quality paint and of approved colour over aprimingcoat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required .( Outer area,) 20 Supplying and fixing in position of G.I.
