Tender For Renovation Of Library Building At Mettupatti Village In Aranmanaipatti Panchayat.; 1 Renovation of Library building at Mettupatti Village in Aranmanaipatti Panchayat 2 Chipping of concrete and Roughening the surface. 3 Dismantling One Course of Pressed Tile Roof finish in cement mortar 4 Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three M.Sand), 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 5 Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyanceof all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc 6 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stoneM.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 7 White washing two coats with approved shell lime including cost and covneyance etc,. Complete. 8 Painting Two coats with approved Oil bound distemberincluding cost and conveyance etc,. Complete. 9 Painting two coats with approved emulsion paint including cost and conveyance etc,. Complete. 10 Painting Old iron works for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with Two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors.The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.
