supply installation testing and commissioning Of 30 Hp Standby Arrangement For Potable Water Delivery System And Allied Works At Chandnagar Bps.- 1 S/O horizontal split casing pump with impeller, Neck Ring and casing (CI), shaft & sleeve as per in standard fitted condition suitable for head 35 mtrs, discharge 150 m3/hr. Make: Kirloskar/ M&P/DJB approved make. 2 S/O IE2 Totally enclosed fan cooled squirrel cage flame proof Induction Motor of 30 HP, 1450 rpm, suitable for operation on 415+/-10% V, 3 phase, 50 Hz +/- 5% AC supply with ambient 45 to 50 degree Celsius ambient,Class F insulation with temperature rise limited to class B. Make :-ABB/Seimens/CG/KBL/DJB approved makes. 3 Supply of nuts bolts and washers as per site requirement. 4 Supply of neoprene packing as per site requirement. 5 Supply of Sluice Valve of size 150 mm , PN 1.0. Make – Kirloskar/IVC/ DJB approved makes.. 6 Supply of Non Return Valve of size 100 mm , PN 1.0. Make – Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved makes. 7 Supply of Sluice Valve of size 100 mm , PN 1.0. Make – Kirloskar/IVC/ DJB approved makes.. 8 Supply of 3X50 sq. mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium armoured conductor cable. Make :-Grandley/Gloster/CCI/ICC/Universal/Havells/DJB approved makes. 9 Fabrication of MS Base Frame made from MS Chanel size 125mm x 65mm cross support and also fixing with MS vertical support U channel the foundation bolt to absorb the vibration and 4nos drilling as per existing site required. 10 Providing & Fixing of SS foundation bolt.@ 4nos. as per site requirement. 11 Fabrication of MS tapper of Suction and Delivery side with D/F for the Pumpsets as per site requirement. 12 Fabrication the suction line of 150 mm dia (MS pipe) approx length 16 mtrs with flange welded . Work includes cutting, welding flanges with MS pipe, etc. 13 Fixing the suction line 150 mm dia. (MS pipe) i/c the work of breaking the pump house and UGR wall for fixing the suction line as per site requirement. Also repairing the pump house and UGR walls with proper brick work and plastering to make it leak proof. Work includes fixing the 150 mm dia MS pipe with the help of heavy manual labour and all T&P items required to complete the job. Foot valve/Strainer also to be fitted at the end point of MS pipe inside the UGR. 14 Fabrication and making delivery side line 100 mm dia. (MS pipe) approx length 10 Mtrs for connection to common header. Work including cutting, welding the MS pipe joining with the existing delivery line with all allied material as per site requirement. 15 S/F pressure gauge along with gauge cock, copper/ G.I. tubing soldering etc as required. Make: Febig / HGuru. 16 Making the foundation with the help of civil material of CC in ratio 1:2:4 with a one feet depth below the pump house surface level, Fixing of SS foundation bolts as in pocket by proper welding to MS jaal of RCC with proper support etc. @ 4nos. 17 Fixing of MS Base frame made out of MS channel on the CC foundation and tightening the foundation nut and bolt. With the help of heavy manual labour and tripod with all tools and tackles required to complete the job. 18 Installation and fixing of the new pump and motor on the base frame including couple the pump and motor with new coupling set as required, joining the pump with suction/ delivery line with the help of new MS tappers on both side. Fixing of New Valves of Suction & delivery sides, Non return Valves, with nut & bolts, packing, etc. as required to complete the job. The job also include the laying of new cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc. with the help of thimbles, etc required i/c watch and ward, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles the work including testing and commissioning all E&M equipment i/c pump and motor at no load and full load in the presence of Engineer-in-charge with full satisfaction.
