Provn Of Hard Standing And Cover Shed For Mt Veh At Potha Of Hq 6 Sect Rr Under Age(I) Cif (R); 1 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete, all as specified. 2 Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified. 3 M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type- C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub base all as spd and directed. 6 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified. 7 Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc, confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed.. 9 Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nutexc 30cm long, complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Sheet colour approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 14 M&L for Machine pressed precast concreteinterlocking pavor block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick M-40 grade, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering andconsolidation, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, band, bed plates and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throughting, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch A Part - II) Amount of ₹ NILduring AOCNote:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
