Tender For Provision Of Additional Transformer Of 11 Kvalong With Allied Items At Masimpur Military Station; 1 Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.50m wide and n. exc 1.50m in depth, for foundation, pipe line etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour forbrick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming. 8 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 meters & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material & Labour for Moorum / Red Bajri filling under Floors or in Pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed / rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including watering to and consolidated to required level, gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Measurements shall be taken after consolidation of earth and 10% deduction shall be made for payments 10 Supply and fixing steel work in tubular/square trusses i.e truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plate etc. including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-2014/IS 4923-1997 grade St-210 etc complete all as specified and as directed . 11 Supply and fixing of Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as insub base flooring and surfaces finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and asdirected. 14 Material & Labour for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in base in floor, the surfaces finished ever and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and labour for glass dividing strips, 38mm wide and 3.00mm thick, inserted in position to conform to design, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntheticenamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer of capacity 315 KVA step down, outdoor type, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC oil immersed, air naturally cooled (ONAN type) with external cooling tubes/radiators, double wound core type, copper wound having voltage ratio 11 KV/0.433 KV corresponding to principal tapping, Delta connected primary winding (HV side) and star connected on secondary winding (LV side) in accordance with vector group DYN -11 (Vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side and with desired voltage regulation in suitable step/positions on HV side for constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage of +/-5 to 10% in steps of 2.5% by means of manual offload tap changing arrangements complete and conforming to IS:2026. without load loss 1 KW (Max), with load loss 8KW (Max)Having percentage of impedence not less than 4.50% complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauge, first fillings of transformer oil etc complete all as specified and comprising with the following fittings and accessories:- 21 (a)Externally hand operated off-circuit Tap switch with position indicator and locking device.(b)Conservator with oil gauge, filling hole with plug & drain hole with plug.(c)Under carriage with four plain rollers(d)Oil filling hole cum air release plug -01 No(e)Drain valve cum sampling valve -01 No(f)Filter valve with plug -01 No(g) Rating plate & Diagram plate -01 No(h) Lifting lugs for Transformer -02 Nos(j) Lifting lugs for lid -02 Nos(k) Earthing terminals -02 Nos(l) Thermometer pocket -01 No(m) Silica gel breather -01 NoNote: Trolley for mounting of transformer will be measured and paid separately. 22 Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer includingpainting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and whitestrip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Apart from above cost of the following shall also deemed to be included in quoted rate: (a) Cost of excavation for foundation of pole of size 0.9mx0.9mx1.8m and and removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where as indicated.(b) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 40mm graded stone aggregates as in lean concrete laid in trench of size 0.9x0.9x0.15m.(c) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete laid in trench of size 0.9x0.9x1.65m.(d) PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping concrete laid around pole of size 0.9x0.9x0.45m and finish the surface even and fair. 23 Supply and fixingtriple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Material and labour for HTlightening arrestor with mountings accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor with all fittings connected to earth strip with nut, bolt, washer transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amps and suitable for11000 Volts expulsion type complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and fixing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in over head electric line and streaching the same between two poles for required span with standard gauge and size of ACSR and binding the conductor with pin / shackle insulator and jumper with aluminium binding wire not less 2.00 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 26 Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor)of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Earth work, Precast PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. 27 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of 32 x 6mm sizeby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion completeall as specified and as directed. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department. 30 Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etccomplete all as specified and as directed.Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item. 31 Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etccomplete all as specified and as directed.Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item. 32 Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured. 33 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1, flat of size 300mm 180mmx 40mm, embossed as MES HT Cable for protection of under ground cable protection in trench with gap between adjacent each other not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed. 35 Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Feeder pillar, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces.
