Tender For Spl Repair To Bldg Tr-124,Tr-136 And Tr-137 Within Aor Of Age B/R-Ii At Pallanwala Mil Stn Under Ge South Akhnoor.; 1 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed . 2 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work/ structural steel work of any description not otherwise provided for ,complete all specified and directed. 3 Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated,semi-corrugated ,etc roof coverings including ridge ,complete all specified and directed. 4 Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 5 Demolition brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortarincluding all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles ,complete all specified and directed. 6 Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all specified and directed. 7 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth , for manhole,pipe line,cables, foundationetc not exceeding 10.00 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil,complete allas specified and as directed . 8 Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil, complete all as specified and as directed . 9 Removing excavated material (soils) not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed . 10 S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed . 11 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws ,complete all specified and directed. 12 Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc), or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness any type including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Providing and fixing ceiling board of 4mm thick, designer, in ceiling fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, including powder coated galvanised iron snap grid frame work of main and tee (weight not less than 240gm/Rm), angle (weight not less than 217 gm/Rm), grid size 595x595mm, for false ceiling all as specified, and hangers not less than 3mm nominal dia, galvanised iron (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of galvanised iron wire of 2.0mm dia, length as required at site and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia, 40mm long ,complete all specified and directed. 14 All as per item 13 here-in-above but fixing only (material obtained from Srl.
