Repairing Of Electrical Accessories And Ancillaries With Allied Works At Jatragachi In Aa-Ii Under Ntk Project.- 1 Supply, delivery at site B HBC12BDGHC 40S H3C - 6 nos., as HRC HT Fuse Links forCapacitor Panel Pump No.-4, Pump No.-2, Pump No.-3all complete with withdraw of the blown Fuse and fixing of the newly supplied, testing the whole installation to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 2 Carrying charges of the two units lubricating pump after withdraw and dismantle from base at Pump House to Kolkata works, de-coupling, determination, forwarding, loading-unloading, back carraige from Kolkata works to work site after repair as per direction of the EIC. 3 Dismantling the Pump and Motor (3 HP, 3ɸ) rewinding, replacement of 2 nos. Bearing, Impeller jam nut, cooling fan with fan cover, terminal and terminal box, Gland Packing replacement, Servicing, Painting, Fitting Fixing, Testing & Commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 4 Supply and delivery of following materials for 33 KV VCB panel (WBSEDCL) at site :- 600 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm wall mounted 2 mm sheet steel enclosure. 5 16A DP MCB [Make : Havells / L&T] 6 Temparature Sensor RTD type PT 100 7 Temparature controller PID-4203-1C 8 10A, 2 NO + 2 NC Realy with base. 9 3 core temparature sensor RTD cable 10 1.5 sq mm flexible copper wire 11 200 watt Space Heater 12 Fittings of the above supplied materials(as in item no 4.02 to 4.08) after fixing of supllying 600 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm enclosure on the wall by supplying all fixing materials such as copper socket, screws, nut-bolts, washers, cable tie, PVC tape, printing ferrule, channel, PVC duct with cover etc. and testing and commissioning the same as per & up to the entire satisfaction of EIC. 13 Supply and delivery of following materials for 33 KV & 6 KV VCB panel at site : Jyoti aux relay RE-300 110V DC, PLA relays (4 nos. Outgoing panel, 6.6 KV and 1 no. incommer panel 6.6 KV ) 14 DC rectifier, 2 nos. each in panels 6.6KV [MD58U 1016] 15 VCB beaker (6.6KV/11KV) moving contact block for pump no.-4 as per sample in Jyoti make outgoing motor feeder panel for 535kW motor. 16 96 mm x 96 mm Digital Ammeter.(110V DC) (Cl-1.0) 17 96 mm x 96 mm Digital Volt Meter (110V DC) (Cl-1.0) 18 96 mm x 96 mm Digital Frequency Meter (110V DC)(Cl-0.2) 19 96 mm x 96 mm Digital Power Factor Meter (110V DC) (Cl-1.0 RS) 20 96 mm x 96 mm Digital Energy Meter (110V DC)(Cl-1.0 RS) 21 110V DC Indication LED lamp (Red, Yellow, Green & White)[Make:Siemens / Approved] 22 110V DC Indication LED lamp (Blue) [Make:Siemens / Approved] 23 Repairing of the existing panel (33KV & 6.6KV VCB panel) by fitting & fixing of the above supplied materials (as in item no. 6.01 to 6.10) and servicing spares in existing position making internal wiring and connection by supplying all fixing materials such as copper socket, screws, nut-bolts, washers, cable tie, pvc tape, etc. and testing the same as per & up to the entire satisfaction of EIC. 24 Supply and delivery of Turbine oil grade-68 for ratchet block including drain out and filling all complete as per direction of EIC. [For pump no.-4] 25 Repairing of level sensor for Bagjola Khal, deputing service engineer fault detection, includes supply of 24V DC SMPS, fitting fixing, testing after configuration, commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 26 Supply and fixing of gland packing asbestos base 16 mm and 22 mm all complete as per direction of the EIC. 27 Repairing the existing shade, for lubrication pump foundation, MS plate grouting RCC boxing of the vertical column channels, flooring cementing drain pipe repair, painting all complete to the entire satisfaction of EIC. 28 Repairing the Transformer No.-1 2500 KVA by drain out the conservator oil, replacement of oil gauze and all gaskets, tightening of the bushings on both end HV and LV all complete with servicing and filling of transformer oil into the conservator as per direction to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 29 Add : 18% GST 30 Add : 1% Cess :
