Development Of Sub Divisional Premises Of Fsc Sub Division Singhpora.-- 1 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil : 2 Dumping stone boulderexcluding cost of stone boulders. in Horizontal on level 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 5.1) Foundations, footings, bases for columns 6 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 7 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 Brick work withavailable common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) excluding cost of bricks 9 Extra for tile bricks masonry with common burnt clay tile bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level 10 Extra for tile bricks masonry with common burnt clay tile bricks in square or rectangular pillars 11 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil. 12 Supply of good earth including all carriage upto site of work for an avg. Lead upto 10kms. 13 Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 15 cm apart in either direction 14 Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately) 15 Providing and fixing of 100mm dia PVC pipes of special quality from washroom outlet to Septic tank. 16 Carriage of materials from source to actual site of work by mechanical transport.incl. loading unloading & stacking. 16.1)Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size for an avg.
