Tender For Periodical Services For Certain Bldgs In B Area At Naval Base Kochi; 1 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white washing on wall complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of colour wash complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of Ceiling, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of Ceiling, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion washableincluding filling of nail holes/disturbed surface by cementious wall care puttycomplete all as specified and as directed. 6 Complete removal of old finished surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including provision of a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty including filling of nail holes/disturbed surface by cementious wall care puttycomplete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for preparation of existing treated surfaces and applying one coat of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paintat any storey, including provn and removal after use, of necessary scaffolding,complete all all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge. 8 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on internal walls and preparation of surface by applying a layer of 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and and applying two coat of interior Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of suitable primercomplete all all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge. 9 M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces on internal wallsincluding washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted and applying one coat coat of Interior Plastic emulsion paintincluding filling of nail holes/disturbed surface by cementious wall care puttyall as specified and as directed 10 M&L for preparing old treated external surfaces of wall and applying one coat cement based paint including filling cementious exterior grade wall care putty on disturbed portion of wall as required all as specified and as directed 11 M&L for preparing old treated surface of wood or wood based materialof any descriptionincluding filling of holes by filler (fevicol and wooden dust) exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all all as specified and as directed 12 M&L for preparing old treated surface of wood or wood based materialof any descriptionincluding filling of holes by filler (fevicol and wooden dust) exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all all as specified and as directed 13 M&L for preparing old treated steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Anti corrosive paint complete all all as specified and as directed 14 M&L for preparing old treated steel surfaces of any description any width or girth and applying two coat of Anti corrosive paint complete all all as specified and as directed 15 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description including filling of holes by filler (fevicol and wooden dust) and applying one coat ofvarnishof any description over 10cm in width or girthincluding cleaning and preparing the surface complete all all as specified and as directed 16 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description including filling of holes by filler (fevicol and wooden dust) and applying one coat offrench polish of any description exc 10 cm width or girth including cleaning and preparing complete all all as specified and as directed 17 Complete removal of old finished surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and painted and applying two cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700)along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two top coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over a coat ofexterior water base coatand exterior putty wherever requiredall as specified and prescribed by manufactures point and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.Notes: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacturers instruction before application of emulsion paint.The cost of materials (like putty, base coat/topcoat of exterior paint), labour & T&Pwherever required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.(ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer. Guarantee certificate should provide from the authorised applicator of manufacturer and shall be got approved from GE. (iii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved by the Engineer in Charge before application of exterior emulsion for each building.(iv) The cost of Scaffolding and safety measures wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor 19 Taking down cement plaster, in any thickness from brick or stonewalls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material, complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for rendering 10mm thick onbrick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for rendering 15mm thick onbrick work or concrete wall surfaces in 1:4 cement mortar finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surfaces in 1:3 cement mortar finished even &smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for applyingtwo coats of cementbase paintover a priming coat after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty and one coat of alkali resistant primerto newly plastered surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed 25 M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and application of two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alakli resistant primerall as specified and directed 26 M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and application of three coats of white wash all as specified and directed 27 M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and application of three coats of white wash all as specified and directed 28 Destruction of growth of weed plants with roots from on the roof of bldgs and on the wall of bldgs (any height) with 2.40 oil mixed veedicides or mixed with veedol chemical solution and sprayed on and around roots and at places of possible growth of weedsandmaking good damaged surfaces by plastering, pointing etc complete all as specified and as directed
