Tender For Procurement Of Arrester Barrier Spares; Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract including consumables, repairs and replacement of defective parts of Medical Oxygen Generation Plant1000 LPM OGP along with allied electro mechanical equipments along with operational charges for 01 year installed at GMC & AH Kheora Rajouri; 1 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (CAMC) CAMC of oxygen generation plant ( Airsep make 1000 LPM complete unit) which includes periodic servicing/maintenance and repairs of complete OGP Unit (consisting of oxygen modules, air compressors (110 kw Ingersoll Rand make, air dryers (Trident make), filtration assemblies, air tanks, oxygen tanks, interconnecting pipeline, control valves, indicators, sensors, pressure & purity meters, UPS, Electric panel, valve panel, and other allied accessories, etc.), (including topping/replacement of molecular sieve (zeolite/alumina/any other chemical as per requirement), copper pipeline from Plant Room upto patient beds, allied equipments such as Main 630 Amp. Electric Distributioncum Changeover Panel,MCCBs/ACBs, 400 KVA AVR (AE make), 250 KVA AVR (Jaima make), 400 KVA DG Set – Sudhir Power make (including replacement of batteries), AMF Panel, cabling, lightening arrestor, earthing, etc., Other miscellaneous items of the plant room such as lighting, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, CCTVs with inverter battery set, electric wiring and fittings, refilling of ABC type fire extinguishers, other minor civil items, etc. The job also includes repair/replacement of defective pipeline from air compressors to air tanks/air dryers to PSA Tower in order to make it leak proof. The technicians for operation will be responsible for preventive maintenance, minor repairs/settings on a routine basis. Major breakdowns of the plant equipment to be repaired by the firm through OEMs/open market workshops, etc. For maintaining the plant in working condition the firm will bear all charges of material including consumables, labour, transportation and all taxes as applicable. Any other item of the oxygen plant not mentioned in the above description, but found necessary for the functioning of the plant, is deemed to be covered under the OC/CAMC contract FIRST YEAR 2 Second Year 3 Third Year 4 Fourth Year 5 Fifth Year 6 Sixth Year 7 Seventh Year 8 OPERATIONAL CONTRACT (OC) 24x7 Operation of 1000 LPM PSA Oxygen Generation Plant ( Airsep make complete unit) and it’s all allied equipments including power backup. The technicians for operation will also be responsible for preventive maintenance, minor repairs/settings on a routine basis. Wages of the operators/technicians (3 Nos + 1 No)for 01 year (12 months) having experience of similar work.
