Tender For External Repairs Including Roof Treatment Under Ge Dronachal; 1 Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Material and Labour for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Material and Labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.50 mm Graded Stone aggregate in padding, finishing surface concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) of average thickness 40 mm in slope as required over roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Material and Labour for Providing, cement concrete of Typein roof kerbs on roofor mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed By Engineer-in-Charge 5 Material and Labour for 10 mm thick Plastering in CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair including taking down and complete removal of existing treatment of any type. WPC will be measured separately. 6 Supply only liquid waterproofing compound ISI Marked all as specified and as directed. 7 Material and Labour for Applying evenly two coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces over and Including a coat of Bituminuous Primer at a rate of 1 Kg/Sqm or as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 Material and Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Material and Labour for Preparation of newly laid APP membrane roof treatment over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Taking up or down steel tubing of bore 20 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 11 Taking up or down steel tubing of bore 25 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal directed by Engr-in-Charge 19 M & L for brickwork with Fly ash Bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone inlcuing grinding and polishing types completeall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick/ concrete surfaces finished fair and evenwithout using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 22 S&F in rpr for3-4 mm thk Sheet glass, tinted ordinary quality for fixing in window or where required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge 23 M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in plinth protection and similar worksfinished fair even laid in bays n.exc 2m in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 24 Dismantling of stone slabs/tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 26 M&L Hardcore of broken stones gauge not exceeding63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface including removal of existing loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 27 M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base floor complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. 28 M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation as in bedding layers for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 29 M&L for factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confriming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness coloured chemically treated PCC (ISI Marked ) M-35 grade of desgin & pattern approved by GE as in footpath and filling of joints with Narmada fine sand complete all speciified and directed. 30 Taking downcementplaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. 31 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4 on fair face of brick/concrete/stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl mixing with integral water proofing compound incl two coat of painting weather coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately. 32 Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 33 Supplying and applying fibre reinforced, UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing & Heat reflective coating coating with PU Hybrid polymers & acrylic fibres, one primer coat then two coats.The coating shall resist 10 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 standards, with elongation of 350% as per ASTM D412& crack bridging of upto 2.5mm conforming to ASNZ standard, The coating shall reduce the surface temperature of 10 degrees, etc., complete as per Manufacturer specifications.
