Tender For Providing Of Electric Supply Distribution Ring Main System In Offer Cadets (Ocs) Accommodation In South Campus At Ima Dehradun.; 1 Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 400 sqmm 3.5 core with necessary cable lugs, bottle lugs etc laid in trenches/on walls/ in pipe/under floor etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core with necessary cable lugs, bottle lugs etc laid in trenches/on walls/ in pipe/under floor etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing leadby means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. 4 S&F GI tube medium grade 80 mm for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&FMCCB 400 Amp 4 pole 36 KA 415 volts, thermal magnetic release and adjustable overload settingin in existing panel complete all as directed. 6 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing factory made LT panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 Volts AC supply, outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof powder coated, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet (not less than 1m x1m x .5m) with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm both side openable double door type with proper locking arrangements duly finished with using powder coated paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces with 75 cm high angle iron legs welded on four corners of frame embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate upto 30 cm foundation and proper glanding, lugs and nuts bolts etc for all cables and comprising of following accessories including disconnecting and taking down existing panel etc complete all as directed with sufficient working space with and including to accomodate the following accessories: -(a) 400 Amp offload changeover switch (b) Aluminium bus bar 600 Amps rating 3 phase 4 wire system. (c) Digital voltmeter 0-500 V - 01 Nos. (d) Digital ammeter 0-400 Amps with CTs – 01 Set. (e) LED type indicator 230 volts for RYB – 01 Set. 7 Material and labour for cable endtermination indoor/outdoor heat shrinkable type suitable for 1.1 KV XLPE cable size 185 to 400 sq mm 3.5 core fixed in repair complete all as directed. 8 Material and labour for LT cable route indicator to be fixed in 20 mtr distance in concrete block in PCC 1:2:4 of size 10cmx10cm x 20cm including necessary eartwork complete all as specified and directed. 9 Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient forlaying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection covers/ bricks complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection.(ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations. 10 Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 11 Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directedat a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classLV, Type I,flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm as protection to undergound cable laid dry and flat adjoining each other complete all as specified and directed.
