Tender For Periodical Services To Otm/Md Accn At Jasai Mil Stn Under Ge(A) Barmer.; 1 M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls including cornices and applying one coat of white wash on wall by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projection/cantilivers/balcony etc including cornices andfill the crack of wall with crack filler paste fill the crack of wall with crack filler paste and applying one coat of cement base paintas camouflage / ordinary pattern complete all as specified & as directed-by-engr-in-charge. Note for above items of external finishing :- the cost for steel tubular double scaffolding necessary for execution of work and protective measures for height more than height of double storey building as directed by engr-in-charge shall be included in the quoted rate against the respective item and nothing shall be admisible for this. 3 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint,external emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilivers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder and preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projection/cantilivers/balcony etc including cornices and and fill the crack of wall with crack filler paste and applying two coat of cement base paint as camouflage / ordinary pattern over a coat of primer by complete all as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge. shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at sitecomplete all as specified and-as-directed. 6 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling (plastered or unplastered) by brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke spot moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. 7 M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of Ceiling and fill the crack of ceiling with crack filler pasteand applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved tints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. 8 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment incl preparation of ceiling surfaces and fill the crack of ceiling with crack filler paste and applying two coat of oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Taking down cement plaster on stone masonry/Brick Masonry incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and direction by Engr- In Charge. 15 M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick workor on concrete surface finished even andfair with water profinfing compound (WPC)complete all as specified and directed.(WPC Measured seprately) 16 M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick workor on concrete surface finished even andsmooth without using extra cement complete all as specified
