Design and preparation of working drawing and subsequent approval of the same, providing fitting and fixing in position, at all levels for all type of anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, cover strips at expansion joints, dividing strips in floors etc with extruded standard tubular and other sections of approved manufacturer, including all labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, accessories, conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285 anodized and Electro colour dyed to required colour and shade, according to IS : 1868 and IS : 11857 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with metal expansion fastners, screws or fixing clip, necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides, with required neoprene filt for bimetallic protection and sealing with silicon sealent at all joints (wherever aluminium comes in contact with masonary / stone work ) Aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap-on-beading for glazing / panelling, stainless steel steel screws, all fitting and fixtures (likke tower bolts, handles, door stopper with rubber showes, aldrops, stays, floor springs / hydraulic door closures etc ) C.P brass / stainless steel screws, fixing hinges/pivots, making provision for fixing of fitting wherever required, neoprene gasket, etc. all complete, as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherrever required (Glazing / panelling shall be paid separately under relevant items) Design and preparation of details drawing, providing and fixing in position, anodized aluminium sections in windows grills and associated aluminium beading of all size and thickness and as per approved design, pattern, at all levels and for all type of work, elevations, including all labour, materials, equipment, handling, transportation, workmanship, preparaions of working drawings, with or without openings for operating window handles, testing, handling, testing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge
