Tender For Construction Of Roundana At Bhavanisagar Bus Stand Near Cstibuilding In Bhavanisagar Town Panchayat.; 1 Earthwork excavationfor foundation and depositingon Bank with metal lead of 10m and initial of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including all labour chargesetc.completeas per SS 20 BTNDSS No 23, 24 VI(S2),VI, VII.9 & 10 2 Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement, andfour part of M sand, andeaight part ofcoarse aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly of 40 mm gauge for foundation levelling course, including shuttering, dewatering wherever necessary and laid I layers of not more than 15cm thick complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers including all cost & conveyance of materials laying curing etc., complete as per TNDSS No 28V,VI(S2),VI(S54) and VII 3 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per TNDSS No 30 & 86A)Side wall 4 Plain Cement concrete of 1:3:6 mix (one part of cement, andthree part of M sand, andsix part ofcoarse aggregate) using hard granite stone jelly of 20mm gauge for sidewall concrete works excluding shuttering , including dewatering wherever necessary including the cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing concrete and curing etc. complete as per TNDSS No.24 5 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 150mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per clause 406 of MORTH 6 Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals industrial complexes road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 83mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 150mm thick (excluding the cost of sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.
