Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. 25 MICROCONCRETE UPTO 5cm Thickness 26 Providing and applying micro concrete over the chipped and cleaned exposed areahaving sufficient thickness (average 50mm) to receive the same with fluid microconcrete product, suchas Renderoc RG/MasterEmaco S 346/Cera microconcrete of M/s Fosroc/BASF/CeraChem or Similar respectively, with potable water, mixing by heavy duty slow speed electricallyoperated stirrer after pouring the water in a mixing vessel, mixed material shall be poured through the feed hopper into well positioned form work for the required thickness and all works as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge, including curing, cost of materials, labour, scaffolding upto a height of 4 mtr, conveyance etc, but excluding cost of form work, bonding agent, reinforcement and SS welded mesh. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a guarantee of 5years.
