    Tender for repair of factory tin shed-- 1 Job work for New & Old CGI sheets replacement: The details of work is as under :-Removing of old un-serviceable C.G.I. sheets from roof top. 2 Removing of old un-serviceable G.G.I sheet from vertical wall 3 Removing old un-serviceable ACC sheets 4 Fixing of C.G.I. sheets with G.I. J/ L hooks & washer etc. from roof top 5 Fixing of CGI sheets on vertical walls 6 Removing old worn out unserviceable purlins from the shed 7 Fabrication of purlins with M.S. Channels or pipes and fixing the same in position as required at site with M.S. clits and other connecting plates 8 Painting 2 coats on purlins with readymade paint including one coat with primer 9 Fabrication /fixing ridge and valley with C.G.I. sheets on top of roof and cornersSize- 1 mtr width x 1 mtr height 10 Fixing of M.S/PVC pipes for rainy waterSize of pipe= 6” dia 11 Repair of M.S. sheet gutter on roof of shedSize=14” depth x 18” to 24” width 12 Removing of old worn out ridgeSize= 1 mtr width x 1 mtr height 13 Replacement of colour coated sheet with purlins etc. 14 Replacement of transparent sheet on sugar godown, drier house & power house with purlins etc.
