(9M PCC Pole and MS Angle & Chanel supplied by WBSEDCL) as per approved drawing no-RE/SS/39 ) 2 Erection ofIsolator cumL.A support structure in 9M PCC pole with foundation along with supply of all Nuts & Bolts and L.A. Base Plate 430X430X8mm (L.S.). (9M PCC Pole and MS Angle & Chanel supplied by WBSEDCL) as per approved drawing no-RE/SS/39 ) 3 Erection ofH/L Bus Support structure in 9M PCC pole with foundation along with supply of all Nuts & Bolts(L.S.)as per drawing no PLN(D)/SS/34 ). 4 Erection ofL/L Bus Support structure in 9M PCC pole with foundation along with supply of all Nuts & Bolts(L.S.) as per drawing no PLN(D)/SS/41&38 ). 5 Supply, Delivery of G.I. 33 KV CT Structure as per IS Specification along with G.I.Foundation Bolts, Plate, Nuts & Bolts and erection of the same structure on the existing concrete foundation of33 KV CT Structure in complete as per drawing no PLN(D)/SS/57 ). 6 Erection of 33 KV Current Transformer on existing structure and connection with ACSR 200 sq mm conductor with supply & erection of water proof hinge door junction box of good quality SMC and Fixing of Compression type Bimetalic connectors at both end of CTs (CTs end to Panther=18 Nos)( Only CTs 400-200/1A 2C = 2 Set & 200-100/1A 3C=2Set & ACSR 200sq mm will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 7 Supply and Delivery of G.I. 33 KV PT Structure as per IS Specification along with G.I.Foundation Bolts, Plate, Nuts & Bolts and erection of the same structure on the existing concrete foundation of33 KV PT Structure in complete as per drawing no PLN(D)/SS/57 ). 8 Erection of 33 KV Potential Transformer on existing structure and connection with ACSR 200 sq mm conductor with supply & erection of water proof hinge door junction box of good quality SMC and Fixing of Compression type Bimetalic connectors of PTs (from PTs Top to Panther=3 Nos) (Only PTs & ACSR 200sq mm conductor will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 9 Installation of 33 KV VCB along with its structure on existing foundation with proper alignment, including connection of VCB to Panther , supply of GI Nuts & Bolts, washer as per IS specification etc with necessary support on the date of testing & commisioning (Only VCBs will be supplied by WBSEDCL). 10 Supply and Delivery of Compression type Bimetalic connectors for Isolator Pad to Panther(Material-Extruded-Al, Width-80mm(min), Thickness-12mm(min) with SS nut bolt etc. Effective cross section area at any point of current carrying part of any connector should be 600sqmm(min) 11 Supply and Delivery of Compression type Bimetalic T-Connectors for Panther to Panther(Material-Extruded-Al, Pad size:- 80mmX 80mm, Thickness-12mm(min), Barrel Size:- 100mm long , Thickness- 7.5mm) with SS nut bolt. Effective cross section area at any point of current carrying part of any connector should be 600sqmm(min) 12 Supply and Delivery of G.I. 11 KV Cable End Box Structure as per IS Specification along with G.I.Foundation Bolts, Plate, Nuts & Bolts and erection of the same structure on the existing concrete foundation of11 KV Cable End Box Structure in completeincluding supply of 150mm Dia GI Pipe as per drawing no PLN(D)/SS/85 ). 13 Erection of 33KV, 400A, centre rotating Isolators H.L. With E.S. 14 Erection of 33KV, 400A, centre rotating Isolators H.L. W/O E.S. 15 Erection of 33KV, 400A, centre rotating Isolators L.L. W/O E.S. 16 Installation of 33 KV Indoor type, SCADA compatible Control and Relay Panel for individual Feeder controlon concrete floor by grouting 75×40×6 mm G.I. Channel and cutting of concrete basein control room including necessary connection with Relays, Metering/ Measurements equipments etc. with supply and fixing of Gland, Ferrules, PVC Tape and Sockets etc.(Only CR Panel forFeeder =03& M/S channel will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 17 Installation of 33 KV Indoor type, SCADA compatible Control and Relay Panel for individual control of Power Transformer with Differential & Feeder on concrete floor by grouting 75×40×6 mm G.I. Channel and cutting of concrete basein control room including necessary connection with Relays, Metering/ Measurements equipments etc. with supply and fixing of Gland, Ferrules, PVC Tape and Sockets etc.(Only CR Panel for PTR=03 & M/S channel will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 18 Installation of 11 KV,800A,350MVA,10 Panel shunt trip switchboard with VCB, SCADA compatible (2 IN+1BC+7OG) with switchgear inside the control room with proper alignment making base with 100X50X6 GI channel including supply of requirednos. size of GI Bolts, nuts,washer as per IS specification & cement etc.and connection of control cable as per drawing with supply of required Gland, with necessary support on the date of commissioning ( Only11 KV 10 Panel VCB and MS channel will be supplied by WBSEDCL). 19 Installation of RTCC Panel on concrete floor by grouting 75×40×6 mm G.I. Channel and cutting of concrete basein control room and connect in all aspect with 33/11 KV, 10 MVA Power Transformer including necessary connection by supply and fixing of Gland, Ferrules, PVC Tape, Sockets etc. (Only RTCC Panel & MS Channel will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 20 Installation of Data communication system including hardwares & cable with telephone modem, MRI for all meters for 33/11KV sub-station having features for LAN and remorte connectivity along with supply of materials (L.S.) 21 Laying of 1.1KV 4C X2.5 sq.mm. Copper control cablefor interconnection of 33 KV Control & Relay Panels with PTRs, VCBs, CTs & PTs with supply and fixing of Cable Gland, Ferrule, PVC Tape, Socket, Tags etc. through existing trench ( Only Control cables will be supplied by WBSEDCL). 22 Laying of 1.1KV 8C X2.5 sq.mm. Copper control cablefor interconnection of 33 KV Control & Relay Panels with PTRs, VCBs, CTs & PTs with supply and fixing of Cable Gland, Ferrule, PVC Tape, Socket, Tags etc. through existing trench ( Only Control cables will be supplied by WBSEDCL). 23 Laying of 1.1KV 12C X2.5 sq.mm. Copper control cablefor interconnection of 33 KV Control & Relay Panels with PTRs, VCBs, CTs & PTs with supply and fixing of Cable Gland, Ferrule, PVC Tape, Socket, Tags etc. through existing trench ( Only Control cables will be supplied by WBSEDCL). 24 Laying of 300sq mm XLPE 11 KV UG Cable from 02 Nos Power Transformer to 02 NosIncoming 11 KV Panel, from 11 KV Panel to 5 nos. Outgoing feeder at 16 Pole Terminal structure end with necessary Compression type Al Connectors, including all necessary connection with supply of Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Tags etc. and Crimping Socket etc.in existing Trench and then laying the slab on the Trench( Only UG Cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 25 Rising of 300 Sq mm XLPE 11 KV UG Cable atPower Transformer end across cable end structure, of height 4 mtr. including all connection of 2 Nos PTRs, Station Service Transformer and 5 nos. Outgoing feeder at terminal structure end of height of 5 mtrs. each through 4 dia G.I. Pipe(3mtr), (Medium, Non-Tata as per ISI of 150mm Dia., supplied by Agency including all necessary connections with Compression type Al Connectors (Only UG Cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 26 Laying of 4 core, 1.1 KV grade, 185 sq.mm. PVC cable from Station Service Transformer to ACDB through in the Cable trench and then placing the slab on trench including all necessary connection with supply of Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Tags etc. and Crimping Socket etc. (XLPE/PVC cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 27 Laying of 4 core, 1.1 KV grade, 120 sq.mm. XLPE cable through in the Cable trench and then placing the slab on trench including all necessary connection with supply of Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Tags etc. and Crimping Socket etc. (XLPE/PVC cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 28 Laying of 4 core, 1.1 KV grade, 50 sq.mm. PVC cable through in the Cable trench and then placing the slab on trench including all necessary connection with supply of Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Tags etc. and Crimping Socket etc. (XLPE/PVC cable will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 29 Laying of 4 core, 1.1 KV grade, 25/16/10 sq.mm. Pipe of 50 mm Diameter of 1.83 mtr long ISI marked of make (TATA / Jindal) with allied arrangements as per approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL & direction of Supervisory Officer and fixing the same on the top of H-Beam pole for lightning arrester device. 61 Erection of Earthing arrangement with supply of perforated G.I. Pipe 40 mm internaldiameterof 3 mtr. Long ISI marked of make (TATA / Jindal) and square GI Plate (230X230X6mm) for each Pipe with allied arrangements and driven the said pipes in the soil with filling bentonide powder in the pit as per Indian Standard, approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL and direction of Supervisory Officer. 62 Erection of Earthing arrangement with Supply of Hot dip G.I. Flat 65 x 6 mm ( MS Flat supplied by WBSEDCL ) and laying as runing earth in a depth of 0.6 mtrs from G.L. for formation of Earth Mat including connection with earth electrode through the GI Plate on the top of earth Electrode by means of rigid bolting & welding as per Indian Standard, approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL and direction of Supervisory Officer. Welding must be done with using good quality sticker and G.I. Spray, including proper scraping and smoothing the surface. 63 Erection of Earthing arrangement with Supply of Hot Dip G.I.flat 65x6 mm ( MS Flat supplied by WBSEDCL ) and earthing of PTRs Neutral & Body and different Structures, Shielding Poles and Equipments ( 33KV & 11 KV VCBs, CTs, PTs, CR Panels, AC & DC Panels, Chargers ctc by rising the flat from Earth mat / Pit by means of rigid bolting & welding as per Indian Standard, approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL and direction of Supervisory Officer. Welding must be done with using good quality sticker and G.I. Spray, including proper scraping and smoothing the surface.
