    annual repair and maintenance of Rashtrapati Bhavan New Delhi Dg. 25-26 (Sh: Provision Of Racks To Keep Linen Items In Rashtrapati Niwas Mashobra Shimla.)-1 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia. & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood 2 Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete: 150x10 mm 3 Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete: 100x10 mm 4 Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. 5 Providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.0 mm thick 6 Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete. 75 mm 7 Providing and fixing cupboard shutter with 19mm thick one side decorative and other side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand including 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot glue by edge bending machine etc. with auto closing spring loaded hinges (hydraulic type) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of providing and fixing auto closing hinges shall be paid separately)
