(As per DSR 13.91) 2 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.(As per DSR 15.56) 3 Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sandmortar in foundation andfor super structure above plinth level upto floor five levelincluding necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than12cm. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work DSR NO- 6.1.1+6.13.2 (7370.65+1123.80) 4 Distemperingwithoilboundwashabledistemperofapprovedbrandand manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primerincluding cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
