Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem Rakshak brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.The rate includes primer apllied @ 2.2 Kg/10 sqm.The rate also includes applying of wall putty wherever neceessary and as instructed by Bank/EIC. 3. Providing & applying 2coats of plastic emulsion paint after scrapping and preparing the old surface by way of POP/wall putty and filling up to even finish/as per approved make/shade including removing splashes & cleaning.The rate shall also includes application of primer after apply of wall putty/POP before applying coat of plastic emulsion paint
