Repair/Renovation of nallu/bawari at Ambedkarnagar in ward no. 08 SNR. SH: - P/L concreting, tile work and roof etc. -- 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. 2 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. Including carriage of all materials within all lead and lifts. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)as directed by Engineer-incharge 4 Providing weep hole in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extended through the full width of structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification. Including carriage of all materials within all lead and lifts. 5 P/L in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. Including carriage of all materials within all lead and lifts. 6 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. Including carriage of all materials within all lead and lifts. 7 Providing and laying anti skid vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete size of tile 600x600mm 8 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 9 Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.M.S. tube 10 Steel work welded in built up section ,trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:-In grating , framed guard bar, ladders , railing brackets and similar workswithin all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge with all satisfactionof work and other incidental. 11 Providing and fixing 0.50 thick pre painted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primary coating to back of polyester 5 micron over 5 microns primary coating i.e. fixing with pre painted iron J or L Hocks bolts and nuts 6mm Dia meter with pre painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. 12 Providing and fixing liner sheet 0.35 thick pre painted sheetin roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primary coating to back coat of polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns primary coating i.e. fixing with pre painted iron J and L hocks bolts and nuts 6mm Dia meter with pre painted limpet and rubber washers complete all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. 13 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticized rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion single socketed pipes, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge with all satisfactionof work and other incidentals. 14 providing and fixing 0.50 mm thick pre painted sheet in roofing with with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primary coating to back of polyester 5 micron over 5 microns primary coating i.e. fixing with pre painted iron J or L Hocks bolts and nuts 6mm Dia meter with pre painted limpet and rubber washers complete.flashing/aprons (upto 600mm) as directed by engineer in charge. 15 Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m².
