Soil investigation by Conducting SPT in borehole of dia 100mm for determination of geotechnical properties of soil i/c determination of safe bearing capacity of soil for different type of foundation upto 5 meter depth including mobilisation and transportation of necessary plant and equipments for boring, setting up boring ring at each bore hole locations including clearing of jungle whereever required. Boring should be done with rotery power drilling equipments in all type of soil including medium rock but excluding hard rock, the bore interval as per direction of engineer-in charge. Collecting samples and demobilization after completion. Preparation of soil investigation report after conducting necessary tests. Further submission of detailed report with recommendation in 5 hard copies (including soft copy) duty wetted by any authorised geotechnical engineer of any reputated govt. Institution as per direction of engineer -in-charge.

Preparation and submission of preliminary sketches, detailed structural drawings including all floor plans, section, elevation, layout plan, detailed working drawings of civil and electrical work etc for execution of work in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Submission of detailed drawings in 5 Nos hard copies (including soft copy) duty vetted from IIT/NIT/Central government University as per direction of engineer -in-charge as per direction of engineer -in-charge. Revise drawings should be submitted duty signed and stamped in of requisite sizes alongwith soft copy in case of revision/drawing due to change in scope of site conditions.
