In cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 2 Providing, laying and compacting plain/ reinforced cement concrete of specified grade in foundation/ levelling course/ pile cap using concrete mixer and vibrator complete including cost of form work, as per drawing and technical specifications and as per clause 1100, 1500,1700,2100 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery. PCC Grade M -20 3 On new plastered concrete surface 4 Providing and laying TMT bar reinforcement at any level in foundation/ pile/ pile cap complete as per drawing and clause 1600 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour and machinery. 5 Providing & Fixing in position, MS fabrication work using angles, sqr tubes, c channels etc for various partition frame as per Design & Instructions & Complete in all aspects . including all materials labour, finishing etc complete 6 Chemical treatment of sand stone to clean from yellowness, blackness, algal growth, dust, dirt oily accretions, lime & gypsum deposits, filling of cracks/ joining of gaps/ pointing, strengthening of weak stone, removal of salt effect and application of preservative coating to prevent algal growth and make the stone 7 Supply and fixing sign board upto 4.5 meter height made of the following specifications board base of A.C.P / transparent PVCacrylic sheet 3 mm thick fixed on MS hollow rectangular section size 50mmx25mm, letters made of acrylic material sheet 3 mm thick of any colour fixed with LED lights with all accessories and wiring with copper wire complete as required and as per direction inengineer in charge. 8 36W LED light fixture 2x2 with acrylic / prismatic front cover.
