    Bids Are invited for 1. Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). 9 SQM 2. M&L for cutting chases, in brick wall, pinning in and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3), to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc and making good the disturbed surface, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete 80 SQM 3. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and levelling of wall surface using MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL OPERATED SANDING/SCRAPING MACHINE WITH INBUILT VACCUM SUCTION system to suck the existing treatment as retrieved by scrapping/sanding etc and applying one coat of water proofing wall care putty of 3mm thick for obtaining smooth paintable surface complete 50 SQM 4. M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint(using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER including preparation/levelling of old surface of wall using manual sand papers 3250 SQM 5. M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel sufaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete Total Quantity : 3489
