Renovation of PUE SchoolSouth Face RCC Building at Ganapathipatti H/O Nadakottai Estimate Amount Rs.6.30 Lakhs 2 Removing and clearing the Damaged Pressed tiles and Weathering Course including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete (w-0037) 3 Finishing the top of roof with one course of 30% new tiles machine pressed tiles using new tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.., complete 4 Weathering course concrete using best quality of broken jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC Roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:1/2 by volume includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete 5 Chipping the old damaged Granolithic flooring siurface including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.., completeW-0036 6 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete for 10 m3 7 Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete for 10 m3 8 Removing and clearing the damaged plastering surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 9 Plastering in cm 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 10 Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. 11 Removing and clearing the damaged Chipping concrete and roughening the surfaceincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 12 Plastering in cm 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 13 Oil bound distempering two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labours charges etc.., complete 14 Exterior Emulsion two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labours charges etc.., complete 15 Provision for BALA Painting arrangements 16 Re Painting old wood work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer. 17 Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.
