Comprehensive B/R Maintenance Work At Cod Depot And Me Lines Under Age B/R (East) At Ge Dehu Road; 1 Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen knobs fitting and fixing wire mesh, glass, repair of aluminum shutters etc as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900am and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500pm on daily basis after satisfactory complition,complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading for glass, nut & bolts shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaintcell at every morning at 0900 am by rep of contractor on daily basis. (a) The Roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed washed dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials and dust to receive primer. (b)On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminious primer @100gm/Sqm as per manufactueres instruction. (c)On this primed surface the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm laid by torch applicatioon metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d)The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.
