Tender For Overhauling And Reconditioning Of Condenser Cooling Water Inlet 2000 Nb Butterfly Valve 2 Nos In Condenser A1 & A2 Passes During Aoh For The Year 2025-26.; 1 Charges for Opening of permanent grill platform provided over the Condenser inlet Butterfly valves by gas cutting to facilitate to attend works in condenser inlet valve. 2 Charges Providing temporary scaffolding platform arrangement at -4 mtr elevation at condenser pit around the 2000 mm dia inlet butterfly valve to access and attend reconditioning work of butterfly valve. 3 Charges for dismantling the existing high grade R.C Concrete floor in 2000NB butterfly valve bottom area for approach for cutting the bolts and assembly of valve by using compressor and jack hammer to the required size and depth as directed by the Engineer in chargeincluding cost of labour, hire charges for compressor and other T&Ps, disposing the debris way from the site with initial lead and lift, etc., 4 Charges for Cleaning the sea water derbies accumulated in the pipelines and it inner wall completely upto 10 meter distance from the Butterfly valve. 5 Charges for Entering into Condenser inlet pipe line through debris filter’s 500 mm manhole door, and inspection of 2000 mm condenser inlet isolation butterfly valve provided between debris filter and condenser inlet pipe line, mechanical cleaning of butterfly valve’s internals and 2000 mm pipe line’s out surface by scrubbing and buffing to attend works. 6 Chagres for dismantling of 2000NB actuator with gear box assembly and servicing of gearbox like crank lever, shaft, sleeve and wornout internal rectification/replacement, reassembling of gearbox internal with intact operation including cost of consumables and T&Ps 7 Chagres for dismantling of2000NB valve connecting shaft from valve shaft to gearbox shaft and outside shell this work involves the wornout the bolts cutting, shaft outside shell dismantling, shaft and others dismantling and refixing the rectified/new shaft and internals with intact operation including cost of consumables and T&Ps 8 Chagres for cutting the existing flange bolts of size M42x185,M42x130- 40 Nos by gas cutting from the 2000 NB butterfly valve tunnel end including cost of consumables and T&Ps 9 Chagres for cutting the existing flange bolts of size M42x185,M42x130- 40 Nos by gas cutting from the 2000 NB butterfly valve debris filter flange end including cost of consumables and T&Ps 10 Chagres for replacement of wornout HT bolts and nuts size of M42x185 in the Debris Filter flange side by new one. 11 Chagres for replacement of wornout HT bolts and nuts size of M42x130 in the Condenser cooling water inlet pipe flange side by new one. 12 Chagres for cutting the spool pipe 2000NB from tunnel end for access to lifting the valve by gas cuttingincluding cost of consumables and T&Ps 13 Chagres for lifting of 2000NB spool pipe from the -4 meter condenser pit level to outsideincluding cost of consumables and T&Ps 14 Chagres for lifting of 2000NB butterfly valves from the -4 meter condenser pit level to outside for reconditioning including cost of consumables and T&Ps 15 Chagres for transportation 2000NB butterfly valves from site to workshop for machining and reconditioning of valveincluding cost of consumables, T&Ps and hire charges for crane and vehicle 16 Chagres for dismantling of 2000NB butterfly valve shaft, valve flap, valve body, both end bearing housing, shaft sleeve, and bush including cost of consumables, T&Ps and hire charges for crane and vehicle 17 charges for removing of existing damaged valve door rubber seal by removing 48 Nos SS locking strips & 96 nos locking studs and nuts, including removing of broken studs by welding of long bolts with broken studs section with 10mm drill, gas heating, drilling at the centre of the broken stud’s section and removing the studs including cost of consumables and T&Ps 18 Chagres for metal filling and machining of 2000NB butterfly valve body seating area and valve flap seating area to make a smooth surface including cost of consumables, sleeve material and T&Ps 19 Charges for inserting of new SS valve seat in to the valve body2000 NB, metal filling by TIG welding at pitted base metal inner surface of the valve matching with SS seat , Grinding and buffing of valve seat matching surface to ensure the perfect fitment, blue matching of metal builed inner surface of valve with new SS valve seat and repeat the same to achieve the proper fitting. 20 Charges for Welding the complete circumference (6280 mm) of the NB 2000 dia ASTM A240 SS 316L Valve seat with ASTM A439 D2 Casting valve body by using special type welding electrode. 21 Charges for TIG weldingto provide additional support to equal distance at SS valve seat ring and valve body. 22 Charges for Reassembling of new valve door rubber seal by providing new SS locking strips 48 Nos & 96 Nos SS locking studs and nuts. 23 Chagres for 2000NB butterfly valve assembling of refurbished valve internals like shaft, valve flap, valve body, both end bearing housing, shaft sleeve, and bush including cost of consumables, T&Ps and hire charges for crane 24 Chagres for cleaning the inner holes of flanges, gasket seating area and gasket preparation including cost of consumables and T&Ps 25 Chagres for leading and lifting of 2000NB butterfly valves from ground level to -4 meter elevation condenser pit level aligning to original position, proper gasket provided and all the bolts & nuts fixing, tightening, commissioning of valves and leak testing including cost of consumables and T&Ps 26 Chagres for leading, lifting and aligning spool pipe 2000NB from tunnel end and complete weldingincluding cost of consumables and T&Ps
