No.20180 as per confirming to IS 14225 1995. 2 Door Lock Handle made from Cast Steel length of handle is 150 mm with holding chrome plated shaft consist of MS square bar 8 x 8 mm thickness & length of 80mm with fitting plate having two holes 7 mm dia. holes (17/16 to receive 6 mm 1/4 inch) fitting with quarter pin. Handle should be Chromium/ Nickle Plated. 3 Door Lock (L.H.) for Emergency Door size 210 mm x 70 mm As per DRG No.20174 as per confirming to IS 14225 1995. 4 Heavy duty M.S. Lock of six lever confirming to IS 14225 1985 for decky of pass bus body with two (2) Nos. of keys & locking strip to be provided alongwith for locking purpose decky lock will be of (A) Thickness of 20mm (B) Length of 105mm & (C ) Width of 80mm. 5 Heavy duty M.S. Door lock for passenger door of bus body with Handle side L.H. The lock should be made of 2.0 mm (14G) M.S. Sheet & should spring operated with suitable M.S. Handle made from C.I. & It should be bolted with door lock (1) Handle should have length of 120 mm thickness of 9 mm width of 20 mm may be provided (2) The Approx. Overall Dimension of the lock will be (A) length 150mm (B) width 115mm (C) Thickness 17mm (3) The door lock square hole for door lock handle should be 8mm x 8mm (4) The door lock should be riveted with minimum four rivets with base plate & should be well formed thickness 6 mm as per templet (1 set - 5 items) as per confirming to IS 14225 1995. 6 Heavy Duty M.S Door Lock For Passenger Door of Bus Body With Handle Side R. H. The Lock should be made of 2 mm (14G) M.S. Sheet & Should spring operated with suitable M.S. Handle made from C.I. & IT should be bolted with door lock. (1) Handle should have length of 120 mm Thickness of 9 mm width of 20 mm may be provided.
