    NCTPS-II – M-II Circle – TM Dn – SDn-III –Unit–II – Condenser- Cleaning, Grit Blasting and applying Brushable Ceramic Epoxy cladding material in Condenser Front and Rear water box areas, Inlet & outlet pipelines and bends during AOH for the year 2025-2026.; Cleaning the condenser (water box, inlet & outlet pipeline) inner surface by grit blasting, apply a coat of Red oxide primer & Brushable Cermaic Epoxy to an average thickness of 1000 microns in pipeline inner surface (This work includes opening and closing of manhole door, providing scaffolding arrangement, manually cleaning the inner surface, grit blasting and applying a coat of primer, mixing and and applying Brushable ceramic epoxy material, conducting thickness survey on the brushable ceramic epoxy material, closing the manhole doorsand renewing the damaged fasteners by new).
