Tender For Augmentation Work Of 132/33 Kv, 40150 Mva Transformer In Place Of 132/33 Kv 20/25 Mva Transformer At 132 Kv Gss, , Rvpn, Rajgarh, On Labour Rate Contract Basis Erection of 132 KV Class EHV transformer (Tank already placed on foundation with wheels), including transportation of accessories from site store to locations, erection of 1 HV, LV, IV & neutral bushings, main & OLTC conservators, radiators, equalizing pipe line, marshaling I I kiosk etc., as per manufacturers , drawing, preparation of oil, oil filling, I dehydration of transformer (filter , machine, oil tank & operating staff I shall be provided by RVPN), electrical wiring from individual equipment e.g. Buchholz relay, I , MOLG, OSR etc. to marshaling kioskcommissioning of transformer 2 a) If electricity is available & arranged by RVPN without any charges:~ i) Transformer received oil filled _ 1 Laying of Earth mesh with 25 mm 128 ; rnrn dia. M.S. rod at a depth of 0.80 I mtr. From top level of foundation, I including excavation of trench of required depth and back filling of the same, transportation of M.S. rod from site store to locations, welding of m.S. rod to M.S rod along the length, at crossings and with earth electrodes as per drawing, application of bitumen compound I and covering with bitumen i impregnated tape on all welded joints for the type of soil prevalent at
