Tender For Renovation At Therkku Mallal Pups School Building In Mallal Panchayat; 1 chipping of wall and Roughening in the surface 2 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick including cost & conveyance of all materials to work site including cement which will be supplied by the department from the departmental section store and the cost for the same will be recovered from the contr 3 Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. 4 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stoneSand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 5 White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 6 Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the wallssmooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification.(The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work). 7 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 8 Supplying and painting two coats new iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc., (WITHOUT PRIMER) 9 Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4x41/4x21/4 and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 10 Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyanceof all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc 11 Providing Cuddapah Slab 20/30mm Thick 12 Providing cup board shutter with frameusing termite / waterproof ply wood 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8 mm thick fixed insite the shutter etc.,(SOR - 43) 13 Black board Painting two coats using black oxide for Old blackboardincluding cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
