Cable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x150x33mm TW Switch box for 5A 3 pin non-interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection 14SWG TC Wire for open plug point 21 Providing one coat of colour washing with Acrylic distember paint for outside wall surface including cost of materials, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. 22 Painting two coat with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality over the wooden surface including scrapping, clean removal of dirt, labour charges, cost of paint, etc., complete. 23 Painting the ornamental M.S. grill works with two coats of enamel paint including labour charges, thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete. 24 Supplying and Paving of Design Ceramic Tiles of approved make and colour over a base layer of CM 1:3 20mm thick and pointed with same coloured cement. 25 Paving the floor with plain/design Vitrified tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 600 mm x 600mm x 8 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement. 26 Removing and refixing the wooden door to carry and repair works to the door, including all labour, lead, lift, all materials, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. 27 Supplying and fixing of Granite slabs of size 4 x 2 (Black Colour) and above 18mm to 20mm thick for kitchen cabinet top with a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 including all materials, polishing, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. 28 Providing and fixing in position Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mmthick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm.
