Zone Repair/ Maintenance Of Children Play Equipment Of Various Dda Parks Under Jurisdiction Of Hcd-5/Dda For 1 Year (Specialized Work)-Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 2 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 3 Providing & fixing of SWING SEAT BELT (Ethylene -vinyl acetate (EVA) Swing seat with 2 S hook TYB-S04 Material :EVA Seat ,Stainless steel S hook all completed as per direction of Enginner-in- charge. 4 Providing & fixing ofpair of 6 mm thickness (excluding the thickness of pvc coating) Swing chain made of mild steel machine welded pvc coated of 5 feet length all completed as per direction of Enginner-in- charge. 5 Providing & fixing of CLAMP (2 Nos nylon swing clamp assembly having bearing inside ) all completed as per direction of Enginner-in- charge. 6 Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitableshade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 8 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :a)One or more coats on old work 9 Providing and Fixingtoddler swing bucket with S.S. Hook. 10 Providing and FixingG.I. See saw plank wihtout seat. 11 Providing and Fixing of missing ROTO seesaw seat with necessary arrangements including labour, welding etc. 12 P/F of missingROTO safety panel for mini playhouse/ big multi play and wheel chair swing. 13 P/F of missingFRP spiral slide including necessary arrangments including labour, welding etc. 14 P/F of missingFRP slide including necessary arrangments including labour, welding etc. 15 Credit to department against disposal of old rusted mild steel obtained from site. 16 Conditions: 1. It will be responsibility of Agency to maintain all the equipment under jurisdiction of HCD-5 within five days of complaint. In case of non-maintenace penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day per park will be levied after five days of receiving complaint.2.HCD-5 consist of area including but not limited to Narela, Tikri kalan, Pitampura, Shakurpur, Azadpur, Bhalswa, Gopalpur, Kashmere gate, Dhaka, Mangolpuri IndI Area, R. K Asharam Marg, Jhandewalan, Motia Khan, Idgah, Faiz Road and Rani Jhansi Road, Shastri Nagar, Gulabi Bagh, Multan Nagar, LawrenceRoad (Keshav Puram), Shalimar Bagh, Haiderpur, Rohini and Jahangirpuri, Ashok Vihar, Wazirpur, Dheerpur, Coronation Park, Ismail Khan Park, Model Town, Shakti Nagar, Partap Nagar, Sabji Mandi & Ghanta Ghar. 3. The machines will be maintained with proper functioning and appearance i.e. with parts, paint and cosmetic treatment. The maintenance shall include the following:-a) Inspection and adjustment of movable parts, nuts / bolts, alignment, lubrication / oiling / greasing etc., wherever required.b) Check and set right / replacement of worn out bearings, misaligned moving points, adjust / tighten loose parts, covers, seats, foundations,regular oiling and greasing etc.c) Tightening of nuts / bolts/ screws inspect / repair welding of various parts/ joints of equipments.d) Cosmetic treatment like priming and painting whenever required. e) Replacement of damaged parts and rectification of any other defects observed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge except the following:- i) Serious loss or damage by fire / earthquake / severe flooding.ii) Any other incident which in the absolute discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge is beyond the control of the contractor.4. The regular maintenance is to be done with periodically checkup i.e. every week. 17 Add GST correction factor @0.973 on DSR item No. 1, 2, 6, 7 & 8 (i.e. on Total Rs. 1,99,837.00 = 1,94,441.00 18 Cost Index @ 3 % on DSR item i.e Item no. 1,2,6,7,8Total= 1,99,837 19 Total of DSR items = 2,00,274.00 20 Total of Non DSR items = 26,46,907.00 21 Grand Total (DSR items+Non DSR items)
