Tender For Proposed Work Of Amphitheatre & Food Plaza At Rajghat At Ayodhya (Specialised Stone Artwork) , Uttar Pradesh - Specialised Stone Artwork 2 Designing, providing and fixing White Sand stone jali (2D) 100 mm thick as per approved design based on Client/ Architects input throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfers etc. All complete including consumables (Pin, Fastener, etc.) except SS framing work required for support and installation as per approved shop drawing and sample. All complete as approved and directed by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, gate, etc. (Matt / Glossy finish) made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 4 Designing, providing and installation of multiple forms of artworks as per approved design on interpretive wall using CNC machines on 100 mm thick sand stone (shot blasted/ honed/ natural split finish) fixed through dry cladding using SS Cramp of 304 grade anchored on existing RCC wall whereever needed. The design should be illustrated in pictorial images, patterns and written words as per approved design based on Client/ Architects input. Design will be depicted with the help of carving, embossing, engraving and inserting on the stone surface. The item includes the 100 mm thick stone coping at top. The depth or the thickness of the letters/ Images /Pattern on the stone wall should range from 20mm thickness to 70mm from the base stone as per the design requriment. 50% to 70% of the surface area of stone cladding will have decorative artwork based on the design as approved and balance area will have plain finish of same material. Before execution, the agency shall submit shop drawings with all necessary details for approval. All complete as per the approval of the Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. (The front elevation of the wall should be measured for payment) 5 Extra for additional designing, providing and installation of multiple forms of artworks made with ceramic, brozne and other metal inserted, embossed at various locations within the existing stone artwork of the item no. 3 (above item) as per approved design based on Client/ Architects input. The design should be illustrated in pictoral, images and patterns using Ceramic, Bronze and other metals inserted on the stone surface. The size and depth of each may vary based on the approved design. The work will be complete in all respect as per the direction, selection and approval of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. For payment, the artwork within the stone panel of approx. 1500mm x 2400mm in size is to be considered. These stone panels are the stone mural work mentioned in the item no. 3 specified above) 6 Designing, execution and installation of approximately 3.0 mtr height sculpture using medium of metal, stone and ceramic as per approved design based on Client/ Architects input. This will be placed as per location marked in drawing. Adequate treatment is to be done to protect the sculpture from weathering and therefore enhance the life of installation. The work includes designing, fabrication, supply, installation etc. all complete. Support structure if required included in the cost. (Foundation works is in civil scope). Complete in all respect as per approved drawing, sample and directed by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. 7 Designing, providing and installing of Directional Signages with Description in form of text using CNC machine on 6-8 mm thick Corten steel and artwork using CNC machines on 100 mm thick sand stone in front and 30/40mm thick sand stone with fixed with dry cladding on other sides using SS Cramp on SS Frame work anchored to baseplate and anchor fasteners as per requirement. 30 mm thick sand stone in wet cladding will be done on existing RCC base of the plaque as per drawing. The design should illustrate in written words, pictorial, images and patterns as per approved design based on Client/ Architects input. Design will be depicted with the help of carving, embossing, engraving and inserting on sand stone or with carved corten steel. The depth or the thickness of the letters/ Images /Pattern on the stone wall should range from 20mm thickness to 70mm from the base stone. Approx. 50% of the surface area of stone cladding will have decorative artwork as per the design requirement. Remaining area will have plain stone cladding of same material. The item includes the stone finish over base and 100mm thick coping at top. Before execution, the agency shall submit shop drawings with all necessary details for approval. All complete as per approved drawing, sample and directed by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge.
